Restaurant Sterntaler in Baden-Baden

Oh my god, the food was so good, we raved the whole evening and the next day too. Incredibly good. And above all the food is freshly prepared. The meat was a dream. Homemade spaetzle, oh jam jam. The staff was super nice too and the lady who served us was absolutely sweet. Made her first Campari Sprizz especially for me (it wasn't on the menu) and it was really good. The prices are also great, you would say medium-priced in Düsseldorf. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful cuisine at a price that surprises Baden-Baden. Very, very tasty, friendly service, can only be recommended overall!

We had a tagliatelle with salmon and lamb with spätzle: simply amazing both of them. The service was friendly, the ambience was calm and cozy. The best cost-benefit in Baden-Baden during my short stay.

We were there yesterday, August 15th, 2020 for our candelight dinner. The food tasted good and the service was very, very nice. I deduct one star because I think more choices on the map would be better. You were, so to speak, "forced" to eat the meat with spaetzle if you didn't like fish. Also, we didn't know that drinking wasn't included in the price. 2 large colas cost € 9.80. That's a proud price for 2 colas. Parking is not good either. Still, the evening was nice and it was an experience.

We had our Christmas party in the Sterntaler restaurant and were totally satisfied. The organization beforehand worked really well. We were greeted warmly in the restaurant and it was very nicely decorated. The conditions were very friendly, everything went smoothly and our time pressure and in between speeches and games was great. The food was delicious and the price / performance ratio was totally fair. We had a lovely evening and would recommend it

On 21.7.19 Candelight Diner in the Sterntaler ... nice, elegant atmosphere ... Yesterday, however, only 2 tables occupied therefore not so comfortable. We could choose our diner from 2 dishes each of starter, main course and dessert. Service attentive and polite, just stiff. The food is fresh and the taste is excellent ... kitchen really recommendable. It would be better if these dinners were held on certain evenings and this candellight atmosphere prevailed on every table and in the entire restaurant ... This is how it is done when you want ... Candlesticks on the table, a little bit of lace on the tablecloth. ..fertig ... Since just missing this certain romantic mood .... Therefore, only 4 stars ... The food is excellent as I said. We recommend!

Good restaurant

The photos of the guest room are shot from a very good perspective. In all honesty, I would have preferred we sat there .. There is a kind of breakfast room there. Since this restaurant works with a hotel, this is probably intentional. Since I'm not only looking at the premises and the staff, I was of course also in the toilet .. Oh wonder, oh wonder it was dirty .. Blood, urine and various other stains ... with the glasses you can go for a walk (there too loose) Had booked a candle light dinner. Was OK. But not more ☹

Very friendly service and a nice atmosphere. The food is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but this is certainly the place and the expected audience. Perhaps the Sterntaler should reinvent itself in a few years, because the cultivated 90s atmosphere is not necessarily future-proof.
